Counseling begins with listening: Are you a good listener?

If the answer is yes, then consider LaGrange College's Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master's Program. Our CACREP Accredited program prepares students to be Licensed Professional Counselors in the state of Georgia. Upon completion, graduates can apply for licensure and begin working in a variety of settings, including community agencies, mental health centers, hospitals, drug treatment centers, and counseling facilities serving children, adolescents and families. Our program offers both an in-person campus-based track and a digitally delivered virtual track.

In-Person Campus Based Track

Students enrolled in the in-person campus based track will attend classes weekly on the campus of LaGrange College. Each of our classes has a hybrid component where our in-person students will complete coursework outside of class or via Microsoft Teams.

Digitally Delivered Virtual Track

Students enrolled in our virtual track can take courses in either synchronous or asynchronous learning formats. Virtual students completing the program in our synchronous learning format will join class in real-time at 5:15 p.m. (EST). Virtual students completing the program in our asynchronous format can watch the Microsoft Teams recording of each class period. Our asynchronous students are required to be present virtually in real-time for some assignments (ex. class presentations, group projects) which are outlined in each course syllabus.
